Training Schedule

MMA is a very unique and demanding sport. There are high level physical needs and demands: power, endurance, and agility. This is why MMA workouts have to be very specific.

Louis’ demanding training schedule is a regiment of cardio, strength, and agility training  in addition to regular sparring grappling and more.
